One
What Argus is
Argus is a website for interacting with token launch and trading contracts on Arc. You authorize transactions through your connected wallet. Argus does not take custody of your tokens or USDC and cannot freeze, reverse, or refund a confirmed transaction.
Token launches do not undergo a listing review or approval by Argus. Anyone who can use the launch contracts can create a token.
Two
Nothing here is vetted or endorsed
Tokens on this site may be created and promoted by third parties. Names, symbols, images, descriptions, and links are supplied by token creators and are not verified by Argus. A token appearing on the site is not an endorsement.
Listings and featured tokens are not recommendations. Verify the contract address and token details independently before trading.
Three
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens are highly volatile and may lose all their value. Trade only what you are willing to lose in full, and do your own research.
Four
Unaudited, and no warranty
Argus has not had a professional security audit. The contracts and this interface are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Bugs may exist that cause partial or total loss of funds. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this software.
Fixed contract terms do not make a token safe or valuable. Contract capabilities vary by token and launch version. Argus cannot recover funds lost through a confirmed transaction.
Five
Fees and taxes
Listed tokens include legacy Uniswap v3 launches and newer Uniswap v4 launches. Pool fees, taxes, and how they are allocated depend on the token and its launch contracts. Argus and creators may receive a share of fees or taxes. Check the token’s settings before trading.
The current create form sets separate buy and sell taxes from 1% to 10%. It allocates the tax remaining after Argus’s 10% share between creator funds, buyback and burn, holder dividends, and liquidity. These launch settings are submitted to the token’s contracts. Legacy tokens may have different rates, allocations, and rules about what can change.
Some legacy launches use best-effort sell taxes that certain sale routes can avoid. Do not assume every sale generates tax revenue or holder rewards. See the docs.
Six
What the numbers on this site are
Prices, market caps, and progress figures are derived from public chain data and may be delayed or incomplete. Market cap is calculated from price and supply; it does not represent how much money can be withdrawn from a pool.
Trade estimates use the available pool state and assumptions about liquidity. Prices and liquidity can change before a transaction confirms, so you may receive less than the estimate. Large trades can also exhaust the liquidity available at the estimated prices, making the estimate inaccurate even without other market activity. Nothing displayed is an offer or a promise of execution.
Seven
Best effort, not an obligation
Automated tax processing and dividend distribution, where available for a token, are best effort. Their timing and availability are not guaranteed. The token’s contracts determine how funds accrue, are processed, and can be claimed.
The website itself carries no uptime guarantee either. It can go down, and the contracts keep running without it. We may change, restrict, or withdraw any part of this interface at any time.
Eight
Your side of it
You are responsible for obeying the law where you are, including any restriction on trading digital assets and any tax you owe. Do not use this site where doing so would be unlawful, and do not use it if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and your keys, and for checking the address you are about to trade against.
Do not use Argus to launch a token that infringes someone else, impersonates a person or a project, or exists to defraud its buyers.
